Salesforce Foundation Announces New College Scholarship Program
The new college scholarship program is for graduates of BizAcademy, a week-long program teaching entrepreneurship and providing internships to over 20 underserved San Francisco high school students.
Los Angeles Scholarship
The second annual Los Angeles college scholarship program presented by California Credit Union has been announced. This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in Los Angeles County schools and also for Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) students who will be returning or graduating.
Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and attend an accredited college or university in 2006 in order to apply for the Los Angeles scholarship program from the California Credit Union. Deadline for applications is March 31, 2006.
A total of $35,000 will be awarded by the credit union, $1,000 scholarships each to 35 Los Angeles college students.

Sacramento California Financial Aid Workshops
Financial aid workshops will be offered in Sacramento throughout the month of February to help students apply for grants and other financial aid. Students and parents who attend the workshops will receive individual assistance in determining eligibility and completing the federal financial aid forms.
