“Duck Tape” Contest Scholarship
For students willing to go the extra mile — or even embarrass themsleves — there are some little known scholarship opportunities available. Take the Stuck at Prom Duck Brand Duct Tape Scholarship Contest for example. This year students across the country created formal wear out of duct-tape to compete and win the top prize of a $2,500 scholarship. Second and third place winners were awarded $1,000 and $500 respectively.
