Unclaimed Scholarships?
Nearly every local and national organization has a college scholarship to offer, along with wealthy philanthropists, nationally known retailers and universities.
High school seniors are scrambling to meet deadlines in February for those scholarships, though some say the flood of offers could end up crowding the field and discourage students from applying.
